Testing Deep Waters: Super Eagles Are Planning To Fix Friendly Match Against England

After their outstanding victory in their last friendly match against Argentina, the Super Eagles of Nigeria are currently making plans to secure a friendly match against the Three Lions of England.
The general secretary of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF), Mr Mohammed Sanusi, disclosed the new friendly plans of the National team in a press conference this week. Sanusi said “We plan to play a friendly match against England in June, before the world-cup.”
Sanusi also disclosed that the Super Eagles will play at least one friendly match in Abuja to show appreciation of the support of the Nigerian government and people. The last time the Super Eagles played against England was in November 1995, England won the match by a lone goal.
