It is been reported that Meghan Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland will sit down for afternoon tea with the Queen, alongside her daughter and Prince Harry.
The Queen was pictured in Windsor yesterday, as final rehearsals for the ceremony took place. Although the meeting is expected to take place in Windsor Castle, Ms Ragland has been staying with her daughter and future son in law in Kensington Palace since arriving in London.
She will go with Meghan to Clivedon House in Berkshire this evening, as the couple spend the final night before their nuptials apart. Since landing in London, Meghan’s mum has already become acquainted with several members of the Royal family.
On Thursday, she was introduced to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as well as Prince George and Princess Charlotte. She has also met the father of the groom, having had high tea with Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall at Clarence House not long after her arrival. Ms Ragland arrived in London on Wednesday, and was chauffeured through Heathrow Airport by palace staff.
