Leader of The Indeginous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu along with the group and its activities have been outlawed by Abuja Federal High Court.
Acting Chief Judge of the Court, Justice Abdu Kafarati heard and granted the ex parte motion to outlaw the group, filed by the Attorney-General of the Federation, Mr. Abubakar Malami (SAN). Released official documents confirm the court’s decision.
