Boundary Dispute In Nigeria Leaves Seven Dead And More Injured

At least seven persons have been killed as two communities in Isoko South Local Government, Delta State clash over a boundary dispute. Several houses were also razed in the Igbide and Enwhe communities as the clash raged for over 24 hours between Sunday and Monday, rendering many families homeless.
The fight had started between indigenes of the two communities who had gone to farm on the disputed boundary area. It was reported that seven people were killed in Enwhe and five houses burnt. Nine persons were reported to have sustained serious injuries. Although nobody was killed in Igbide, many were injured and houses were set ablaze.
